Westlake Trails

 

Tucked away in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains is the enchanting Westlake Trails community, consisting of approximately 180 homes. Commonly known for its tree-lined streets, classic horse trails, and split-rail fences, it maintains character and ease from former eras. Dating back to the late 1800s, this area began as a cattle farm and was later sold and developed into a planned community with custom homes. The Westlake Trails community is known for its privacy and natural rural landscape. It’s in close proximity to Westlake Lake, several shops, restaurants, and more, which allows residents the luxury of having their private oasis within Westlake Village.
